Peace & quiet
I feel compelled to provide evidence of the kids playing quietly because it just doesn't happen that often. Dried beans/macaroni + spoons + empty applesauce & yogurt cups = hours of entertainment. Okay, maybe not hours but definitely a good 45 minutes while I made dinner!
Katie...that is so Montessori!! I love it!!! Did I hear that you might be going to do the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd training? That looks like a catechists handiwork if I have ever seen one! :)
Another idea that can help you for dinner time: Have the kids pick the peas out of pea pods! :) Maybe they will even snack on some! :) Keep up the good work!
